In this video, I talk about the importance of spending time with your clients prior to designing anything. Like being a basketball team and having a game plan before you go out and execute plays.
Enjoy this video. How do you develop the question to ask your client? Is this through a trial and error process or did you get these question from somewhere else.
Brandon, yes I would say trial and error is a good way to look at it. When ever you ask your initial questions, you’ll always have other questions that maybe you forgot to ask. But that’s normal. Overtime, you’ll find the right questions to ask and this is only through trial and error. The first few times, you may be asking your clients questions all the time. But eventually, you’ll be able to have all your questions answered up front. The more you do this, the more great questions you’ll have for your clients. If you ask the right questions, you’ll find that it makes the design process that much easier because the guess work is limited.
