To become a strong UI designer, one of the practice techniques that I do is take a section of a website (that I like) and try to copy it. I explain the concept it in my video Web Design Practice Exercise. For this exercise, I took a copy of one of a Google search box and recreated it in Adobe Fireworks. If you are interested in growing your UI design skills and learning what you can do in Adobe Fireworks, download the PNG file, enlarge it, zoom in and see what goes into creating a nice clean UI element.

i have recently started web designing and have an NGO as my client. I design using adobe photoshop. The only problem is that my client wants there youtube video on the website which i am unable to put using photoshop.
@Hasseb: did your client ask for just a mock up design or a coded website? of course you can’t put videos on photoshop because it is just a mock up. But you can if you convert the PSD to HTML/CSS.
