My thoughts and commentary on the ‘Gary Vaynerchuk Overnight Success’ video. If you haven’t seen it, check it out below here: https://youtu.be/OTHbFb1fNy4
Hi, Michael locke! Thanks for sharing with us a video from Gary Vaynerchuk, And I agree with that. we have to work hard.
Here I would like to tell you that I changed my online job from being a web designer to Online tutor because I love to help people by teaching them how to do start online business properly and teach people about how to setup a wordpress blog and design a website as well.
I have quit from web design service, because I hate to deal with clients.
What do you think about me? is it a great idea or not. But I still love web design.
@Muse Yes, I think you’re doing the right thing. Continue to build your personal brand, create a blog, publish content helping people and you can leverage that into a business down the road helping and teaching people. That’s similar to what I do. Although, I’m involved in UI/UX Design day-to-day, I just teach and educate in addition to that.

Gary’s time-sequence box is very effective. If he just said “Put in the Work!” and pointed to the squeeze-down, that alone would have sold the message of his video.
@George – Yes, so true. Gary spoke about patients a lot. I never really understood it until I built my first product (training product) that took me an entire year to produce. Yes, there was days of procrastination involved, but it took me an entire year. Looking back, it takes a lot of hard work to produce anything of value or to build something of value. That goes for careers as well. You want to job today, pay will likely be low. But if you put in the work to grow your skills, pay will likely be much higher at that job.
Thanks for sharing that great video. Very thought provoking. We often see the success of others and think either they did it overnight or seem to think we can do it overnight. Neither of which is ever true. It takes hard work, long hours and a lot of personal fortitude. Keep up the great work!

@Juan – Exactly, I was thinking the same thing.
