    Great advice, I especially like the idea of video on the home page. I think this would make a site really different and also so much more personal. People always feel more comfortable working with someone they have met. And as you rightly point out, easy to do too.

    Thanks Fred, I agree. The video if anything would be the easiest to put together and possibly the best way to create transparency and authenticity. You're right, once people get to know you and feel they have met you, they're more likely to interact with you.
